Thriving Through Term
Our Aerial Courses
Our aerial academy's term-time courses are meticulously aligned with Nottinghamshire's academic school timetables, offering a seamless integration for children and teens. Across the academic year's six terms, we conduct comprehensive courses covering the entirety of each term. Parents have the opportunity to enrol their children and teens in these engaging courses, providing a holistic aerial experience. Students explore aerial hoops, silks, silk hammocks (sling), and an introduction to acrobatic pole. Each term focuses on teaching a tailored curriculum comprising specific movements, drops, and rolls on every apparatus, personalised to each student's skill level. This structured approach not only nurtures their abilities but also contributes to their progression, preparing them for grading and showcasing their achievements with confidence and flair.

Youngsters Aerial Academy Showcase!
Our Youngsters Academy proudly hosts showcases three times throughout the academic year, a celebration of dedication and progress from our students. Spanning across terms 1 & 2, terms 3 & 4, and terms 5 & 6, these showcases mark the result of hard work and skill development. Scheduled immediately after the end of the second term, these events invite students to proudly display their acquired aerial skills in the warm embrace of our studios, sharing their progress with loved ones. Every student enrolled on our term courses secures a desired spot in our showcase, ensuring they can shine on stage. Parents, guardians, and loved ones are enthusiastically encouraged to reserve seats and witness the remarkable performances showcasing the dedication and achievements of our talented aerial Gymnasts. Additionally, at these showcases, we’ll present grading and achievements for our students gained over the academic terms to honour their commitment and showcasing their remarkable growth within the sport.
Please be aware that P&G customers cannot be allocated a space in our showcases.
Aerial Adventures
Half Term Workshops!
Join us for thrilling half-term workshops designed to expand the horizons of young aerial enthusiasts! Each half term, we'll host engaging 2.5-hour workshops offering kids and teens a chance to explore various genres across our apparatus collection. Be it one week or two half term holidays, we'll tailor workshops accordingly, with one workshop for shorter breaks and two for longer ones. Throughout the summer holidays, 3 to 4 workshops will be scheduled, ensuring youngsters maintain and enhance their skills before the new academic year in September. From doubles to long strop and captivating spinning techniques, these sessions will delve into exciting genres not covered in our standard courses, promising a lot of fun while learning. These workshops also serve as a perfect trial ground for newcomers to experience the thrill before committing to our courses, providing a gateway to the exciting world of aerial arts.

Elevate & Achieve
Our New Grading System
Our commitment to student progress and achievement reaches new heights with the introduction of our comprehensive grading system for kids and teens in aerial arts. Covering levels 1 through 4 in aerial hoops, pole gymnastics, and silks, this system establishes a structured path for skill development. Students thoroughly work through our crafted syllabus, mastering specific moves and techniques. Upon ticking off the achieved moves for each level, students earn a well-deserved certificate, acknowledging their accomplishment and completion of that particular level. These certificates, symbols of dedication and skill, can be awarded in class to celebrate immediate success or presented at our showcases, honouring their achievements in front of peers and loved ones.

We have a range of different classes or courses, for both adults and kids, so its easy to find one that suits you. Simply check out the class information on the classes tab to help you decide which one you would like to attend.
Book Or Get In Touch
Once you have chosen your preferred class or course, simply book your space via the ‘Book Now’ part of our website or, if you need more information, don’t hesitate to get in touch by call, text, email or social media.
Enjoy And Get Fit
Once your spot is booked through our booking system, simply come along to your class (all information will be provided when booking and can be accessed at any time by logging back into your Gymcatch account). Get your body moving in our fun and friendly classes and get fit at your own pace.

FAQ
A: We ask all children to be dressed in black to ensure a fair environment. For all of our classes please ensure they bring a pair of shorts and wear leggings and a vest top t-shirt. Jumpers and socks are recommended in the winter months.
A: Our courses are set up to teach all students a routine ready for the showcase over a 10-12 week time period on hoops, silks and hammocks. With a P&G booking it is likely that students wont make every single session within the term which is required to learn the routines ready to perform. If you would like your children to be in the term show please book a course.
A: We would like to politely ask parents to drop all children and teens off who are 7+. Parents with children who are 5-6 years of age can stay to assist them with their moves or children who require help and support, however older children and teens are training routines they would like to show you at the showcase so it would be counter – productive to stay behind.
A: No, this is an adult option but we do not offer this for youngsters due to being an academy. Our academy is set up to assist with our term shows. Over the course of an academic year, if all terms are booked our sessions are based at around £8.10 a session with free entry for all young students to be in our shows. We offer P&G prices at £9.50 in-line with our adult prices.
A: We allow a maximum of 12 students per class to ensure fair use of our apparatus
A: Our sessions are ranged from 5-11 and 12- 17 for teenagers. This can be subject to change to support ever growing sessions. Please check the titles of each class or course.
A: We will allow siblings to join on the same session to help parents. If you would like to bring different aged siblings please make contact with us over the phone on 07702 948 513 to get information on what the best session would be for them to join together.
A: Yes, by all means! We will ask for confirmation for the showcases half way into the 1st term to see who would like to take part.
A: If you have booked a course for your child all sessions are consecutive and must be attended. Due to how courses run there is no refund policy for missed or cancelled sessions within the course. Please ensure you read the cancellation policy to fully understand how it is set up.
If you have booked a P&G session for your child you can cancel a class up to 24 hours before the start time and day. If you cancel before this point a class pass will be issued to your GymCatch account to use within a 2 month period on another session. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend your booked session there is no refund available.
If you have booked a half term workshop, you can cancel the workshop up to 3 days before the start date and time to receive a refund workshop pass to use on another workshop at a later date. We have set the pass to last for 20 weeks which gives you the opportunity to book half term workshops in the future.
All cancelations whether it is a course session, P&G session or workshop should be done by you through the GymCatch app. Log on through the app or on the book now section of our and go to the session you cant make. Click on details where you will find a cancelation button for the session. We ask all customers to do this regardless as it emails your instructor to let them know you cant make it.

A: Yes we have insurance that covers all instructors working for Mission Studios for all ages and classes that we hold. All Academy instructors are also DBS checked.
A: We do like to take photos for advertisement and enrichment activities however if you would not like your children to be in our photos we completely understand. We will always ask for permission to take or use photos.
