Our Personal Trainers will lead your sessions using specialist equipment in a private area of our studio, they will set your goals and provide constant feedback and support.

Here at Miss-Fit, we not only want to give you the best exercises to achieve your goals, we also want it to be a learning experience where you learn correct form and exercise selection.The days of getting pushed through your paces for an hour then left to your own devices have long since passed!

Through proper exercise prescription and dedication you will improve your body composition, physical performance and health outcomes as well as have constant support from your trainer whenever you need it.

Hayley is our dedicated senior personal trainer and nutritionalist. She has been into sport and fitness from a young age, from winning and competing in many interstate school competitions as a teenage (Long Jump, High Jump, 200m Sprint and Long distance), breaking high school sport records to competing in Natural Body Building Competitions in Australia. Hayley has enjoyed pole dancing at an advanced level for many years, running external classes with Mission Studios in the UK before jetting off to Australia to open and manage the Aussie Branch. Whilst in Australia, Hayley developed a new found passion for weight training which spurred her on to enter her first competition in 2014 with the INBA (stage photo above).

Being of a helpful nature and wanting to pass on her knowledge / success to other individuals (particularly women), Hayley went back to College to study in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. Once qualified, she diversified her Australia Pole Fitness business into an all round Fitness and Nutrition Company offering fitness classes, fitness plans, nutrition plans and competition preparation to clientele. Hayley has since returned to the UK (December 2015) and is now offering all these services to Mission Studio’s clientele.

Whether your goal is to run a 10k race, lose a stone in weight, build muscle tone or simply perform your first pull up, I will be able to provide you with the correct guidance, nutritional information, exercise instruction and motivation to help you achieve your goal.

Having been in the fitness industry for over 9 years I have had the pleasure of having a diverse practical history which includes being a PT, entering the world of natural body building for women and mastering the skill of pole dancing.

I believe that open communication with your Personal Trainer is what keeps you on the straight and narrow. I ask all my clientele to keep in touch and keep me updated on progress, wins, loses etc so i can provide you with the advice/motivation/praise you need, when you need it. Staying in shape is an ongoing battle in todays world with the amount of conflicting information regarding fitness and nutrition and unfortunately there is no ‘onesie-fits-all’ when it comes to hitting your goals, there is no magical pill or product that will easily do the hard work for you…

Each person is individual to every other person which means you body will react differently to the same exercise performed or the same food eaten, therefore no gimmick or mass diet will ever get you correctly (or safely for that matter) to your goal. Deciding to do something about your health is the start of an exciting journey where you learn a lot about how your body reacts to certain forms of fitness and nutrition. Once you have this knowledge, there is no stopping you! I believe that you can have anything in moderation and crash diets never work. To stay motivated and reach your goal safely, your fitness and nutrition needs to work around your lifestyle, needs and wants. Every PT session, Nutrition or Fitness plan is tailored to you specifically…it cannot be used copied to any other client!”

Sam
(Personal Trainer / Nutritionist)

Sam has over 10 years experience in the gym, practicing many different training methods, giving him the knowledge you need to put you on target. His Personal Training style is to first understand your real goals, and then push you to achieve these in every way. He also has a diploma in Human Nutrition which allows him to create nutrition plans styled to you.

Sam loves fitness and relishes the opportunity to pass on his knowledge in order to help others to achieve their fitness dreams. He will work hard with you in the gym, in the kitchen, or both, and push you on your path to transformation.
