Personal Training is a safe, satisfying and compelling workout based around each individuals goals, whilst ensuring personal limitations and medical history are taken into account. This ensure a safe workout. Our Personal Trainers provide information, correct tuition, guidance and motivation on a one to one basis or in partner training sessions, simple and effective training programmes are implemented depending on the individuals needs and can be complimented by professional nutritional information / Plans and additional group exercises or Ariel Fitness classes.

Miss-Fits! Personal Training Approach

Here at Miss-Fit! our aim is to provide our clients with the level of knowledge required to reach their goals effectively and safely. We pride ourselves in giving honest feedback and calculated timeframes on results / Goals desired. Giving each Client a Fitness Plan based around their goals and lifestyle is crucial to success, we want to ensure the customer can implement their programme into their daily life without having to join a gym or fitness centre…giving alternative exercises to machine movements and using equipment they have to hand. Our personal trainers provide this sound knowledge and relevant information at each session and are able to push the customers close to limits to ensure quick success. They possess all the tools to measure and assess each client and provide assent reviews, changing plans where required. Our Personal Trainers are all Level 4 Fitness Qualified and can also provide relevant nutritional plans to supplement a fitness programme…excelling results!

Personal Training Sessions Available!

One – to – One 

This is the most effective service if you are looking to change your body shape, burn fat or build muscle. A one to one session means you have your Personal Trainers undivided attention for a period of time (30mins / 45mins / 1hour), Ensuring she can push you to the best of your ability whilst ensuring your techniques are spot on (prevention of injury). An effective training programme coupled with sound nutrition plan, if followed strictly, can produce fantastic results. Programmes are generally recommended between 4-6weeks although it is entirely up to you.

Partner Training

Training with a partner or friend can be just what you need to push yourselves to the best of your ability, nothing like a bit of competitive spirit. Individuals should be of a similar fitness level and have similar goals for this service to be most effective although not required as your Personal Trainer can train both effectively

Group Conditioning (Max 5 People)

Gather a group of friends and all train together! A fun action packed session designed to hit the whole body and get a real sweat on, never mind the friendly competition. This affordable service is becoming increasingly popular with clients.

Fitness Plan (Online available)

Take advantage of this service wherever you are in the world, its ideal for clients who can’t meet with us face to face or just need a push in the right direction. This programme can include a Skype / FaceTime or face to face consultation where all relevant details are recorded and training information is provided in terms of goals and a full bespoke training plan is put together dependant on goals and desired results. Otherwise, complete the Fitness Questionnaire and return to our team who will put together you personalised plan. Great if you want to keep your training up whilst away on holiday, just need to refresh your own training plan or have just joined a gym!
Also, book a re-assessment / Re-view when you need to re-adjust your plan to continue seeing results at a discounted price!

What is a group fitness class?

A group fitness class gives you the opportunity to workout as part of a group, whether that is coming along with friends or individually, you will meet new people with the same fitness interests of you. These classes are brilliant if you are competitive and work harder when training with other people.

The advantages of attending a group fitness class

  1. Motivation
    It’s inspiring and motivating to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals. It doesn’t get much more empowering than a class with an encouraging instructor and supportive people all working hard together. Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts.
  2. Structure
    Group fitness is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down.The warm-up is designed to help you properly raise your heart rate while loosening your joints and muscles before jumping into strenuous activity. The instructor will coach you through each segment of the workout. The cool-down will help you safely lower your heart rate and stretch all the major muscles worked during class.
  3.  Proper Form
    It’s the fitness instructor’s job to not only show proper form, but to also make sure that everyone in the class is executing each exercise the right way. Not only is proper form important for your muscles to reap the most out of every exercise, but it also helps eliminate potential injuries.
  4. Variety
    Cardio kickboxing, bootcamp, spin, Pilates, Insanity–the list goes on. There are several types of group classes offered by gyms and athletic clubs. Having a variety of classes in your weekly workout regimen is a great way to create muscle confusion, which keeps your body guessing and ramps up your metabolism. It also helps prevent boredom.
  5. Accountability
    Some facilities require members to sign up in advance for specific classes. This is a great way to keep yourself accountable for your workouts. If you’re signed up and it’s on your schedule, there’s a good chance you won’t skip it. If your gym doesn’t require you to sign up, find a few classes that you want to take and invite a friend or pencil it in on your calendar.
  6. Fun
    There’s really no other way to put it: Group fitness classes are fun. Between the upbeat music, a great workout and a group of people motivating each other along the way, it’s an enjoyable way to exercise. If you’re looking to add a little more pizazz and fun in your fitness life, group classes may be just what you need.

Nutrition Plans


A healthy body and mind is as much, if not more, about what you eat as the exercise you do.

Losing body fat has to be all about suffering, right?

If you’re not hating every single bland mouthful of food, dreading your next meal, and constantly feeling hungry, you can’t be losing fat and getting leaner… Wrong!!!

While quick-fix diet fads and certain supplement companies may encourage this – in the hope that you drop pounds rapidly – scientific study has proven that not only does the majority of the weight lost (on such plans) come from lean muscle tissue, NOT body fat, these diets just aren’t sustainable. You rebound badly, succumbing to temptation, binging on all the foods you’ve been deprived of, put all the weight back on (in much less time that it took you to lose) and actually – End up heavier and unhappier! This is not what you signed up for or thought would happen based on all the false advertisement these companies use (to the extent of stealing other peoples weight-loss photos to promote their own product!!!)

And it’s not how we do it either.

Here’s how we do it..

No cookie cutter diet plans 

We’ll create a personal meal plan, made just for you! Before you start, we’ll ask you questions all about your lifestyle, habits and food preferences – what are your favourite foods, what is your schedule like etc. This allows us to create a plan that is the perfect fit for you and makes it really easy for you to change your food habits and start making progress as soon as possible. We also ask about your eating history so that we can determine what hasn’t worked for you in the past and what habits may stem from childhood (its surprising what comes up!). This is to ensure that you get to where you want to be with minimal stress and effort.

It’s not just weight loss

In fact, we don’t even really like the term ‘weight loss’ or ‘dieting’. Weight loss implies that you’re wasting away, becoming skinny and unhealthy (just like what happens if you follow those FAD diets) and ‘dieting’ automatically implies immense restriction. We help you to achieve your dream physique and your goals, whether that means losing body fat to look more toned and defined, building muscle mass, or even improving your athletic performance, safely and being able to have the things you like in moderation.


How many ‘diets’ have you done in the past where you’re given a plan and then left solely to your own devices? And how many have you done where you get constant support from day one, get to ask questions of your coach, talk through any struggles you may be having, and have someone take the thinking process and the stress out of improving your physique? Here, we like that second approach much more. And that’s why our team is there for you every step of the way.

Here’s how it works…

You have two options – online or a face to face. Which works best for you?

Our online programs are the perfect fit if you aren’t local to the Mansfield / Chesterfield area or cannot make a face-to-face consultation, but love what you see and want to start your journey right away.

You’re assigned to one of our nutritionists who can attend a Skype or Facetime consultation or, if you don’t require a consultation, they will send you an easy to understand questionnaire by email. Once you return it and/ or complete the consultation, they will get to work creating your personalised meal plan. You can get started immediately if you want to. That’s how simple our plans are.

The other option available to you (and the one that the majority of our Mansfield / Chesterfield clients enjoy) is a face-to-face nutrition consultation. This is the more robust package that offers direct in-person contact time with your nutritionist in Mansfield or at your home (depending on location).

Please note that, although consultations are not paramount, they provide our team with more information and allow them to gauge your current lifestyle…After all, its all about ensuring a new healthy eating plan fits in with how you currently live.

  • Supplement Advice: Confused about supplements? We’ll give you evidence-based supplement recommendations. No more guess work.
  • Education & Understanding: You’ll develop a much greater understanding of nutrition. We’ll teach – not preach you!

Yes! Thats correct! We can travel to you to provide you with all Personal Training Services! All clients located in a 10 mile radius of Chesterfield receive no charge for our Personal Trainers Services…We travel to you! (Further incurs additional costs of £0.35 per mile). All you need is an adequate space to train (outdoors / Garage etc)!


Consultations, Nutrition Plans and Fitness Plans can all be organised online!!!

Consultations can take place using Skype or Facetime, or via telephone as a last resort. Fitness and Nutrition Questionnaires can be completed in the comfort of your own home and returned for our experts to put together you personal plans…all you need to do is provide as much information as possible, have access to Excel (or a printer / scanner if not) and an email address.
