***Cancelation***

We understand that it isn’t always possible to keep our intentions. To keep it fair for all students and teachers we have a strict booking and cancellation policy in place. Our refund policy is detrimental to the smooth and consistent running of our business. It is important to remember that when you purchase a session slot this stops other customers from potentially booking on. We are aware that things can happen out of your control but our instructors use our class lists to lesson plan and prepare for the upcoming session.

Please note, each class/course/event has its own cancellation policy. By signing up to the class/course/event, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. This is strictly adhered to by the company.

In the event that minimum class numbers have not been met, Mission Studios reserve the right to cancel the class/workshop/course. If a session is canceled you shall be contacted by text message/phone call about the cancelation from one of our team within 24hours of the canceled session. Refunds will be issued or alternative classes offered as compensation.

In the event of an accident/incident with an instructor or an occurrence out of our control (weather issues, studio issues etc), lessons may also be canceled by Mission Studios. However, the company will endeavour to run all sessions and do its upmost to accommodate all classes/workshops/courses. You shall still be refunded if we cancel a class for any reason.

These terms and conditions may be changed by Mission Studios at any time.
