We have a range of different classes or courses, for both adults and kids, so its easy to find one that suits you. Simply check out the class information on the classes tab to help you decide which one you would like to attend.
Book Or Get In Touch
Once you have chosen your preferred class or course, simply book your space via the ‘Book Now’ part of our website or, if you need more information, don’t hesitate to get in touch by call, text, email or social media.
Enjoy And Get Fit
Once your spot is booked through our booking system, simply come along to your class (all information will be provided when booking and can be accessed at any time by logging back into your Gymcatch account). Get your body moving in our fun and friendly classes and get fit at your own pace.

FAQ
We suggest leggings and a workout top for our aerial classes. This gives you freedom in movement. We also suggest wearing something warm on your feet, in winter the laminate flooring can be cold underfoot.
We suggest bringing a drink, a sweat towel and a hair tie (if you have long hair). As you progress in the sport you may wish to purchase grip aids if you need them (we recommend dry hands however if you would like more advice, please speak to your instructor or contact us directly) .
Our classes are very laid back and all about having fun! At Mission Studios we pride ourselves on team spirit. Ensuring you feel a part of our community and making friends along the way is essential to us. Our instructors work hard to make you feel comfortable and give you moves that are achievable and at your specific level.
Our classes are scheduled for 1 hour with a overspill timeframe of 15 minutes if the instructor feels longer is needed.
Our main casual group class offering is ‘Mixed Ability’ (catering to all levels) however, we also offer Beginner Courses in all areas. These courses are aimed at new customers who haven’t tried Arial Fitness or it has been a while since they took a class. These courses are fantastic at providing the foundational knowledge and experience needed to build confidence and create a passion for our sport. Completing a
Beginner Course provides the fundamentals you will need to succeed. You can attend these Courses
as many times as you like, then when you feel ready, you can join our mixed ability sessions for some higher level training.

Not at all, you shall build strength as you progress through the moves. You don’t need prior strength or experience to join any of our classes / courses. All moves are tailored to your strength, ability and experience. The majority of our Students start their Aerial journey with little strength, the beauty about the sport is it creates so much strength in such a short time frame.es. We can adapt movements and stretches to suit you, giving you a modified version of our exercises that you can do without any problems.
No, there are many moves that don’t require any flexibility. Also, your instructor will be able to alter a move to accommodate your flexibility parameters. The majority of our students find their flexibility increase’s with their new found strength, also certain moves provide a stretching element…better yet, we offer Flexibility classes to assist with achieving certain stretch moves quicker (splits anyone?). Check out our timetable.
We welcome everyone and will do our best to make you feel comfortable and welcomed even if you are on your own. Attending on your own for the first time can be daunting but we promise to give you an exciting and new experience! Our other students are always friendly and accommodating..and generally love to help out!
Please do not moisturise on the day of your booked class. Moisturiser makes your hands/body slippery which will prevent you from gripping the equipment. Washing your hands with washing up liquid can help to remove unwanted oils from your hands before attending (this is particularly useful if you use creams on a daily basis – beauticians, hair dressers etc).
For our Mixed Ability groups and Beginner Courses we welcome teenagers from the age of 12+. However, these must be booked by a parent / guardian who gives permission for you to attend. Parents / guardians are not required to sit through the class however but they must check in with the instructor when dropping you off/picking you up – therefore we request the parent /guardian to arrive 10 minutes before the class start and finish time.
Depending on what you would like to book, depends on the process. If you would like to book general, group and semi-private classes please visit our ‘Book Now’ section of the website and book through our online booking platform (GymCatch) to secure your space. Gymcatch will show you what classes are available, dates / times, class information and price. Please note, there are cancellation policies in place. It is important to familiarize yourself with these prior to booking.
To book a private class, please contact us directly to arrange this. Our private classes can be booked at a time to suit you and subject to our instructor diary so won’t be available to book on our booking system (GymCatch). For private classes, a deposit is required to secure the booking and the rest is payable by card on arrival.
