FAQ

A: Gymcatch is a great system which lets you see what classes we have available on a day to day basis and allows you to book safely and securely. To use Gymcatch, create an account, book onto the class you would like to attend and pay securely with a card payment. Gymcatch also ensures we don’t over crowd our lessons giving you a better experience.

A: GymCatch can be accessed in 3 ways:

GymCatch app – This is the best way to manage your bookings, book classes, receive message updates, purchase packages and cancel classes. The app is available on most mobile platforms and can be downloaded from your app store, just enter GymCatch and find the pink logo! Once you have downloaded it, enter your log in details to access your account.

Through an internet browser – Visiting www.gymcatch.com will bring you to Gym catch’s website, on the main page click ‘book’ and locate the log in button. From here you should be able to access your account and look at any purchases, bundles, classes etc.

Through our website – GymCatch is integrated onto our book now page, you can access your account through this page by pressing the log in option. It will show all the same options as entering it through the GymCatch website.

A: There is a ‘forgot my password’ option on the screen where you log into your account, click this and follow the instructions. This is available on both the app and internet browsers.

A: If you have booked a class you can not attend, you can cancel your place through either the app or through the internet browser by accessing your account. Go to the day and class you want to cancel and select the cancel button.

Our Refund Policy

Please be aware that if you cancel your class within a 24 hour timeframe of the class starting we do not issue a refund. 

If you cancel before the 24 hour timeframe, Gymcatch will issue you a class pack back to your account to use on another class of the same value. This class pass is valid for a 2 month time frame, if it isn’t used within two months it will expire and not be available for use. Please be aware you can not transfer these class passes to other sessions, it must be used for the same type of class. (semi privates, group classes etc) This can normally be determined by the value of a class.

Please be aware that all cancellations (including covid related) made within 24 hours of a class taking place can not be transferred or refunded, as it falls in line with our cancellation policy. We are aware that unforeseen circumstances can occur however, our cancellation policy is put into place to protect the livelihood of Mission Studios and the lesson planning provided from our instructors.

Also please be aware that class places can not be transferred within the 24 hour time period.

A: It is important as a company that we attain certain personal and contact information for insurance purposes and for your safety. Please ensure your details are always up to date. We also require this information in regard to Covid-19 for track and trace reasons. From time to time we may need to contact you about class changes or cancelations.

A: You can find out how many is booked on to a certain class by accessing the classes personal details on the calendar. For example, it will be shown as: 3/8 

We require a certain number of customers for a class to run, the certain amount required is stated in the description of the specific class you are looking at. If the class does not fill and you are booked on, a member of our team will contact you just after 5pm to inform you whether it will be running. They will also discuss other options with you regarding a class pack refund or moving you to another session.

A: If a class is full there is an option for you to join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, you will receive an email to notify you. Please ensure you keep checking your inbox and check your junk mail.

A: Due to Covid-19 we have limited the amount of spaces one account can book, this is to ensure we have personal details for each customer in line with government guidelines, however we are starting to introduce multiple bookings under one account. However, if you are booking a space for another adult we may require their personal details.

If you are booking for an under 16 year old this isn’t required.

A: Buying a bundle of classes will save you money in the long run. The bundles are open to general customers and members. Members can use their discount codes on their bundles to further save money.

A bundle is a group of classes that are cheaper than buying pay as you go spaces, but must be used in a certain time frame. Each bundle will come with its own information and T&C’s.

To purchase bundles:

Through the app – Go to the search bar and search for Mission Studios. Click on available packages to see what we have on offer. If you are a member enter the membership code on the payment page.

Through web browser – Find us in the search bar and locate the packages tab, all available bundles are located here. If you are a member enter the membership code on the payment page.

A: Our membership scheme grants our members discounts on classes, bundles, workshops, merchandise and free entry to certain classes.

Our membership is a one-off fee of £15. A customer will receive a membership card and a unique discount code which is allocated to their account. The discount code will issue a 20% discount on all classes, bundles and merchandise associated with Mission studios only. 

To become a member contact us by social media or by phone and we can arrange your membership. Payment for your membership can be taken by payments over the phone, bank transfer or paypal. Once we receive your payment the discount code will be allocated to you and a membership card will be ready for you at your next class. 

Your membership can not be used by any other person other than yourself staff members will ask for membership cards to be shown in classes from time to time. 

We offer free classes on a regular basis to our members, it is important that you show your membership card on arrival to these sessions. If you can not show your card you will have to pay for the session. 

If you loose your card you can replace it for £3, contact us for a replacement.

A: When booking a class through GymCatch, look out for a section called ‘add promotional code’ on the payment page, once you have pressed this type in m3mb3r for the code to be allocated to the booking.

Please be aware that if you are booking more than one space on a class this code will only be allocated to one full class payment, it will not discount the whole cost of a larger booking. This code is personal to the account holder only and can not be used by any other person. Membership cards need to be shown on arrival to your class.

A: If you find that a class you attend has changed to a group class, but you would still like a piece of equipment to yourself for social distancing purposes we have made it possible for you to purchase this.
To purchase a piece of equipment for yourself, simply add two spaces to your basket when purchasing a class and use the discount code VIP. This code will drop the price from £16 ( the price for two spaces) to £12.
It will notify our instructors that you would like to work on your own for your own safety. 
Please be aware there is no membership discount for this service.
We are trialing this service for the whole of October only. If we feel it is a service which is required we will extend it for future months. 

A: To book our kids classes please do this under an account created by you. Our kids and teens classes have been created on GymCatch so more spaces can be booked if desired. Book a place for each child that you would like to attend. 

At the moment GymCatch does not give an option for children’s names to be entered for each space, but they are currently working on it with developers for the future.
